What is RVS Anaerobic bioculture?

RVS Anaerobic is a naturally safe, dry formulation of scientifically developed microbial strains. It consists of a wide variety of isolated anaerobic bioculture species. These bioculture cannot grow in the presence of oxygen and rely on fermentation and anaerobic respiration using electron acceptors other than oxygen.

Reaction: Organic matter (CHN) + Microorganism → CH₄ + H₂S + Sludge

Anaerobic digestion occurs naturally in sediments in streams and lagoons that are not adequately aerated, converting carbon compounds into methane, nitrogen, and hydrogen sulfide gases, instead of the carbon dioxide and water produced by aerobic digestion.

RVS Anaerobic is microencapsulated and packaged in a dormant powdered form with 99%+ reactivation rate within a shelf life of two years. These single-celled microorganisms work in the absence of oxygen, break down wastewater contaminants into energy, and secrete enzymes that digest macromolecules into smaller molecules usable as nutrients for growth.

Storage:

Store at room temperature. Avoid prolonged exposure to air and always keep the container tightly closed after use.

Usage:
  1. Dilute the product with 10–30 times water and dose it directly into the wastewater. After mixing for a few minutes, impurities will precipitate or float, resulting in clear water.
  2. Maintain the pH level between 7–8 for optimal performance.
  3. If color intensity and COD are high, use it with Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) to reduce treatment cost. The sequence of use depends on flocculation tests and treatment process.

A three-step treatment process converts organic waste to methane gas, water, and new bioculture cell mass.

  • Simplify carbohydrates and starch into soluble organics (hydrolysis).

RVS AEROBIC BACTERIA?

It consists of a wide variety of selected aerobes and facultative consortium that are used to degrade organic compounds. Aerobic strains are classified on the basis of their responses to oxygen and most of the strains in RVS Aerobic uses oxygen to breakdown waste water contaminants into energy and secret different enzymes that decomposes macromolecules into smaller molecules.
